Legal age to smoke: You must be at least 21 years old to buy vape products in the US. This is the law.

Falsely stating age is punishable by law: Lying about your age to buy something can cause legal problems.

Buying for minors is not allowed: It is illegal to buy vape gear for young people under 21. This can also become punishment.

Age verification process: We check your age thoroughly. You have to give your name, address, date of birth and last 4 digits of your BSN. We compare this with public records.

Does that not work, or you don’t have a BSN? Then upload a photo of your ID proof (passport or driver’s license).

We may refuse orders: If you can’t show ID, we may cancel your order. No discussion.

Preventing youth sales: We do our best to make sure young people under 21 don’t buy anything from us. That’s why we check so strictly.

Refusing or limiting service: Sometimes we say “no” to online orders. Do you think that’s unfair? Contact our customer service department.
